This 2nd-floor ocean-side villa has been newly updated with new furnishing throughout. This villa is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo, with living and dining areas combined. The bedding would offer a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. Off the living room and the primary bedroom is a balcony that offers a nice ocean-side view. You’ll find Carolina Beach Club on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Carolina Beach Club is an ocean-side property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Amenities include the use of the Hilton's oceanfront pool, as well as a second pool, pool bar, and restaurant as well as their indoor fitness center. 3-night minimum stays.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
