The owners added a gameroom downstairs along with a top of line media room complete with a sound system, large SmartTV with Roku, cable/satellite service and even a DVD player. That is just one of the two living areas. If your group wants to spread out or varies in tv preferences, there is also a spacious living room on the main floor with cable/satellite tv & Roku. The main floor or ground floor is also home to a gourmet kitchen, dining room for 8 people, laundry and access to the deck where guests will find the private hot tub, outdoor dining, a gas grill and gas firepit. There are bedrooms on each floor, all with ensuite baths and King beds.  If you have anyone in your group who prefers games to tv there is a great card/game table set up in the landing of the upper level. The owners have left quite a few board games for guests to use. In addition to everything in the home, the neighborhood has a plethora of amenities.  This home is only minutes from the Arrow Bahn ski lift and the center of Arrowhead Village. Walking to the Village is easy in summer months and in the winter we have a free shuttle service, called the Village Connect, that will take guests to and from the Village at no cost. The development is built in and around the Country Club of the Rockies, a private golf club that offers those staying in the community the opportunity to dine at its Vista restaurant and swim in the pool as well as snowshoeing & cross country skiing when conditions permit in the winter season. Also, the numerous shops and dining options in town of Edwards and the Riverwalk at Edwards are just a couple of miles down the road.
