Adjacent to the kitchen, the updated living room offers a welcoming space to relax and entertain with contemporary furnishings and large windows.Also on the second floor, you will find two well-appointed bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. These rooms share a stylish hallway bathroom.On the third floor, the serene primary suite awaits. It features a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, creating a spa-like experience.Linger Longer is designed for comfort and convenience, offering a harmonious blend of modern updates and inviting spaces. Make this delightful property your home away from home and create lasting memories with loved ones.WHAT IS PROVIDED:Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bagEach bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.PET POLICY:Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.Please notify Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s).Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.OTHER NOTES:-No smoking-Pool opens Mother’s Day weekend and closes day after Seafood Festival.
