Ocean Dunes Villas 411 is a 4th floor oceanfront villa located along S. Forest Beach Drive, one of the best beaches on the island. This one bedroom, one bath villa has a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen for dining in. The living and dining area are combined with balcony off the living room with a spectacular oceanfront view. to enjoy the morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Additional bedding for this unit includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and also two bunk beds in the hallway between the bedroom and living room which are ideal for small children. You’ll find Ocean Dunes located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
