The villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. Seascape 3064 is a nicely decorated two-story townhome located across the street from one of the best beaches on the island. This villa does have free wifi. The main level of this villa has a spacious living and dining area. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck located off of the living room overlooking the pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern-day appliances and has a nice pass-through to the dining room and there is a washer/dryer set off to the side. The second floor has two nicely sized bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two full-sized beds with a bathroom across the hall. ** 3 night minimum **

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
