Welcome to Seaside Villas 206! The Villas at Seaside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.. Newly remodeled. Updates include new flooring, Bathroom has been updated with a walk-in shower, kitchen has been renovated with new cabinetry, counter tops and appliances. This villa is a 2nd floor one bedroom, one bath villa with a fully equipped kitchen; living and dining area are combined. Separate bedroom features a Queen Bed. There are two bunk beds in the hallway which are suitable for smaller children. Seaside Villas is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive and is close walking distance to Coligny Plaza which has many great shops and restaurants as well as the new Celebration Park. Seaside Villas is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. **Call for daily rates & availability, some restrictions may apply**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
