A full bathroom with walk-in shower is centrally located in the home with easy access from both bedrooms. Looking for some entertainment? Check out the great downtown area with excellent restaurants, bars, movie theatre and more within a couple of minutes drive or a walkable distance from the home. For those who enjoy a good swim or workout, the recently renovated Chilson Recreation Center is just a couple of minutes drive away or a short walk. The washer and dryer are available 24/7 and supplied with soap and softener. We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs, and a $300 refundable security deposit.
