Three Bedroom two bath direct beach front unit. Access balcony from living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has king bed and walk in closet. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds and ample closet space. Third bedroom has 1 queen bed. Great family sized unit with amazing sunset, gulf and beach views. Watch the boats come and go into John's Pass and listen to the waves from the balcony and master suite. Large updated granite kitchen. Baths also have been updated with new cabinetry & granite. Free Wifi. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home that has 2 assigned parking spots. There is no additional parking at Beach Place. The best part though, is 312 Beach Place is close to everything! ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable. Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
