Enjoy a tranquil retreat on a quiet dirt road, watching the deer stroll by, all within a 10 minute walk to 1st street beach or a short bike ride into town (bikes provided). Enjoy morning coffee on the covered porch or a barbecue on the gas line grill and outdoor yard games (provided) in the large backyard, followed by s’mores around the built in gas fire pit. The outdoor space includes a brand new paver patio, gas grill and serving table, oversized dining table with umbrella, and built-in gas fire pit with ample seating. Inside the cottage you will find an open concept (fully stocked) kitchen, dining room and living room, with a built in electric fireplace to keep extra warm on chilly nights and newly added unfinished game room including ping pong and foosball along with two futons and an additional tv.
