One of the most popular pastries of Puerto Rico. The cheese is whipped with vanilla, eggs, and sugar. The cheese can also be whipped with guava, papaya and other tropical fruit preserves.b) Bacalaitos.c) Marinated octopus – you can ask for marinated carrucho (like a big shell).d) Alcapurrias are gound beef filled, fried fritters made from a mixture of grated yautía (taro root) and green bananas.e) Mofongo with carne frita (fried pork meat with Mofongo-which is plantains).f) Must have beer “Medalla.”g) Coconut water with a pionono (a stuffed ripped plantain with meat).h) Rice and beans cooked together, chicken wings and salad (lettuce tomatoes and avocado).i) Stuffed mofongo with lobster-delicious!! Also served with fish, shrimp, etc.j) Pig on a stick – Lechón (cooked pork) and morcillas (intestines of the pig cleaned and stuffed back with blood and/or blood and white rice). The B21 bus goes to Old San Juan.——This unit does include parking. -> But street parking is free in Condado, and there are two lots close by that rent parking for $16 per day and at $18 per day. The building administration also rents parking from residents who own their own spots at the building, and who went on vacation or who are away and they give their spots to the administration to rent out. if any are available the admin rents them at $17 per day. These spots go quick so please let me know if you are interested.———How hard is it to find parking in Condado?This questions is relative. Easier than New York, Chicago, or Miami, but it is more difficult than Milwaukee, Indianapolis, or St. Louis. It’s a normal downtown beach area. Drive around once and if you don’t fina anything it’s probably that on the second time around you’ll find something. Weekends are harder. During the week is easier. The area is walkable and you don’t need a car, but if you do get a car then there are several good paid parking lots and parking options available. Street parking is always free in the neighborhood when you find it.We are here for our guests as much or as little as they need.Condado Beach is the upper class downtown neighborhood of san juan. Ashford Ave, where this building is located, is the main strip of San Juan, and there are lots of great places to eat and drink on the avenue. Condado Beach will always be on the North side of Ashford Ave.The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable visit to the island's best neighborhood, Condado Beach.The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washer dryer in the unit. And an in-line water heater.The master bedroom has one queen bed and a walk in closet.The second bedroom has two queen beds. Both rooms have water views.The living room has a 45 inch flat screen tv with netflix, hulu, and sling tv.The internet is both the building provided internet and a private apartment internet.
