It sits on holes 1, 10, and 18 on the course, and the town of Edwards is only 15 minutes away. You'll find that our home is in a wonderful location for your visit! You'll be able to walk to the golf clubhouse, drive one minute to the front gates of The Ranch, or visit the movie theater, shops, and restaurants in Edwards by only driving a short 15 minutes to town. Relaxing is easy at out home. On the lower deck, soak in our private hot tub or even relax in one of our two bath tubs. Never miss a beat when it comes to your favorite shows, movies, and games on tv or your preferred streaming services. Cable is available on the three TVs in the home. With the TVs being Apple Smart TVs, you can also login to your favorite streaming platforms to catch up on new seasons of shows or movie releases. Utilize the office nook with desk and chair to catch up on any work while you're away from your normal office setup. When you clock out, make sure to play a round of pool, ping pong, poker, or Pac Man to unwind and have some friendly competition with your group. Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
