The house is fully stocked with everything you could need for your enjoyable stay. The location is stellar. Just a few blocks off from El Paseo, but far enough away to avoid any of the commotion. Within a few miles you might have nearly 100 restaurants, bars and coffee shops, Whole Foods, a huge shopping center, luxury and high-end shopping, dozens of art galleries, sculpture gardens, and so much more. KEY FEATURES: ~ 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with tons of space, in a quiet neighborhood ~ Thoughtful design leading with Mid-Century Modern decor ~ Fully stocked kitchen ~ Mountain Views ~ Convenient location just minutes away from the best dining & entertainment in Palm Desert ~~ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ~~ ~ 3 bedrooms; 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin ~ 2 bathrooms with large vanities ~ Smart TVs in 2 of the three bedrooms + one in the living room The king and queen rooms have a Smart TV in them. The master bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower, built in workspace, and access to the pool. The queen room features a Yamaha Portable Grand electronic keyboard and a desk and workspace. The third bedroom is a smaller room with a twin sleeper. It has a small storage closet and access to the pool. ~~ KITCHEN & DINING AREAS ~~ ~ Fully-equipped kitchen with full-sized cooking appliances ~ Premium coffee & tea bar with electric kettle and french press For those who love to entertain, here's the place. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal for the group. With lots of cooking options and plenty of space to move and groove, this open kitchen space allows you to easily prepare meals or simply set out a catered buffet for a hassle-free choice. No matter how you like your cup, we got you covered! And if there's something missing, just let us know and we'll make sure it's waiting for you upon arrival. ~~ LIVING ROOM ~~ ~ Smart TV with brand new sectional sofa ~ Lots of open space ​​~ Large doors and windows for great lighting While you may not be spending a whole lot of time indoors during your stay in Palm Desert , when you do need a break from the sun, the cozy living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It features a large sectional couch, comfy chairs, and coffee and end tables. ~~ BACKYARD & OUTDOOR SPACE ~~ ~ Private built-in pool and above-ground hot tub ~ Separate seating and lounge area away from the pool ~ 3 chaise loungers The outdoor areas provide for several different areas where guests can hang out. The first is just off the dining room and offers some seating on our chairs and loveseats with an overhead shade device that can be rolled out. Next is the pool area off from the other side of the house in the walled-in front yard. The pool area has 3 chaise lounges and additional seating for enjoyment. The hot tub is located in the backyard with some other areas for seating. ~ Book Today & Treat Yourself to an Authentic Desert Experience in Palm Desert! ~ Booking Policies 1. Pets : We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved pets for a flat rate of ***$250*** per pet per stay. If you are booking on Airbnb, only the 1st pet will be included in your booking total so if you are bringing more than 1 pet, the additional $250 will be collected separately after booking your reservation. We have specific policies that we will ask each guest agree to. 2. Renter's Agreement - Renter must sign an agreement before arrival. Every renter must sign this agreement before getting the arrival instructions and door code. 3. Security Deposit : A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits are collected separately by the property host (not by AirBnB). 4. Guest Count - The guest count on your reservation MUST be accurate. Pricing does change with the number of guests because our turnover costs are variable. 5. Cancellation Policy - We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed. To protect your purchase, we provide you with an option to buy trip insurance, including a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy. (terms apply; more details provided after your booking is confirmed) 6. ID Collection : there may be instances where we are required to collect your ID whether it be from a local government, HOA or other reasons. 7. The property is suitable for children under supervision. It has not been child-proofed. 8. Music, talking, singing, dogs, kids or anything else that may create noise, cannot be heard beyond the property line. We have neighbors all around us and we all do our part to be good neighbors. Please be considerate of noise and our neighbors. 9. No smoking or vaping indoors under any circumstances. 10. 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is required for each reservation under 29 days (subject to changes). This is (typically) included in your initial booking payment. If for some reason it's not, we'll request it separately and payment will be due before arrival. 11. Utility Costs : for rentals of 28 days or longer, utility deposit may be required. Inquire for more details if you are booking a 28+ day reservation. 12. Security Cameras : there are two cameras in the front of the house pointing at the driveway and front door. 13. ***Pool heating is optional ($100/night). Spa heating is complimentary. (if applicable)*** 14. Early Check-in/ Late check-outs are available upon request for $75 and dependant based on availability.
