Located in the Upper Canyon, just a short walk from the Rio Ruidoso, Cubby is the perfect spot to cuddle up and relax during your Ruidoso stay. Cubby is one of 6 original cabins, built in the 1940's that helped to start Ruidoso as a village. These 6 cabins were a logging camp, built by loggers, to house seasonal workers.  Wildlife is never far away… here you will see deer, turkey, elk, and in the warmer months, you may even see a black bear!
