Just five homes in from Lake Shore Drive in Beachwalk Resort. Perfect location with proximity to the Lake Michigan boardwalk, resort pool, Lake Kai, and all of the additional amenities. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor, with a 2nd floor living/dining & kitchen space. The 3rd floor features a loft with twin beds - the perfect kid friendly retreat. OUTDOOR SPACE Between the fire pit in the fenced front yard, the porch just off the living room, and the deck just off the kitchen, you'll have plenty of options for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening of smores & storytelling. HOUSE SPECIFIC AMENITIES Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, Linen and Towels, Wagon, Gas Grill, Patios, Fire pit LOCATION Located in Beachwalk Resort just a short walk to the beach and resort amenities. PARKING 7 parking spaces; 2 in front, 3 along the side, 2 in the driveway. All cars must be tagged with a parking pass. HOUSE RULES -No smoking or vaping indoors -No pets -No PARTIES -No Prom Parties -No Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties -No fireworks -Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve. PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it. RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity. 4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS A cancellation made within 24 hours of booking the reservation is subject to a total refund. A cancellation made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to the arrival date is subject to the non-refundable booking fee plus 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations made 0 to 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A transfer to another home is considered a cancellation. All cancellations must be made via phone with a live reservationist by callingor via email at . A cancellation via voicemail is not valid.
