Walk to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and local shops!The home has 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The entire space was renovated in spring 2022. Wonderful neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, local shops, etc. Neighborhood is walkable. Lyft or Uber can be difficult to obtain. We recommend seeing Downtown Lagrange on foot, but have a vehicle for fun outside of our small town. RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply. KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
