DESCRIPTION: Are you looking for an adorable luxury beach cottage to relax in while spending your days beachside?!  This home is perfect for a small family, couple friends, or just a couple looking to get away! This home has ALL NEW FURNISHINGS! This beach chic ground floor cottage is beautifully updated with high end touches and furnishings, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and a private heated pool! The home has a lovely open concept living, kitchen, dining with all your kitchen needs to make a great meal at home. The kitchen has a spacious island with breakfast bar seating 3.  There is also a dining table and chairs seating up to 4.  There is access to the pool and backyard area through sliding glass doors located off kitchen. There are smart TVs with streaming and cable services in the living room as well as both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.  Off the master bedroom there are sliding glass doors leading out to the pool area.  The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted into a king bed with advance notice and requested by guest. The home is equipped with AC, high speed wireless internet, and has all your linens/towels for your stay! The pool, covered porch and patio areas, and sunny pool deck will let you live the island life to its fullest while you stay with us. There is also a grill at the home that you can grill up some fresh fish you caught earlier that day and relax in the pool after a long day at the beach!  Located just a short 6–8-minute walk to the beach you are in the perfect spot centrally located on the island to hop on and off the trolley and skip to the beach! POLICIES: Pets are accepted with prior approval only if they meet our pet policy guidelines, maximum of 1 only for this home, < 65 lbs, and with payment of $100 (<4 day), $200 (4-14 day), $400 (15+ day) per pet per stay. NO SMOKING. Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.   Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable. Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Reservations are typically taken for 7-night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking. CLEANING AND SAFETY: All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards.  A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay.  Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost. This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home’s occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest.  Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes.  GOLF CART RENTALS: Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests! BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS: Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off. POOL & SPA (if any): The pool is heated year-round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20-degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment. PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY: Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy. PAYMENTS: - 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation. - 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date - Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking.  We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities.  Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th. Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed. All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.
