To enhance your vacation experience, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals includes Xplorie, which means free admissions and rentals everyday of your stay to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer such as a Dolphin tour, Kayaking, and Bicycle Rentals! Enjoy the beautiful views from this 2nd floor unit located on the pool side of the A Building. You have views of the pool and the bay from your private balcony of Salt Dreams Tybee. The owners have decorated with your beach vacation in mind. You will have everything you need to enjoy a memorable beach getaway. Because of the square footage of the condo (490 sq.ft.), it is best enjoyed by two people. However, the condo offers a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. If you have small children, there are two built-in bunks for the little ones. They are definitely not large enough for adults. Although we don't recommend cooking on vacation, this kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Basic cookware, silverware, dishes, and glassware is provided. Enjoy trying some of our many locally owned and operated restaurants... let someone else do the cooking and cleaning! This condo offers a flat screen TV in the living room and the bedroom. The owners also provide high speed WiFI access. We highly recommend "unplugging" and enjoying the pool, the beach, and maybe a nap in your pool lounger for some Salt Dreams! This end of the beach does not have lifeguards so be extra watchful if you have little ones. The large container ships can cause an unexpected wake. You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony. Or from the beach as you step out and get your toes in the sand. NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. Savannah Beach & Racquet Club is a smoke-free complex. No smoking allowed on the grounds or any of the common areas. Once a reservation has been confirmed by payment and you are unable to fulfill your obligations to occupy the rental Property, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC must be notified as soon as possible. We require all cancellations be in writing for your protection. Tybee Time Vacation Rentals, LLC will make every attempt to re-rent the property once we have received notification of cancellation.
