Silverpine Hideaway is a beautiful, newly constructed townhome with modern flair in downtown McCall. Accommodate up to nine guests in “mountain chic” comfort with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Perfect for both the adventurer and independent professional that needs to stay connected – guests have access to digital amenities like fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, Xbox One X, and Sonos surround sound system with iPad.  The home features a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and cook top, built in microwave and prep island that doubles as a dining counter where you can keep the chef du jour company or help in the making of a memorable meal. The dedicated dining area can double as a space to gather ‘round for games or as a vibrant conversation and meal space overlooking an east-facing balcony with mountain views of the Payette National Forest and the Silverpine courtyard and water feature. The comfortable living area has a warm and inviting propane fireplace and a 65” Smart TV - sure to please both the romantic and sports enthusiast alike. Turn your back on the hubbub of downtown and catch a sunset on the west-facing balcony, which can be accessed from the upstairs entertainment lounge with an Xbox One X, DVDs, and games that is just far enough away to be a private space but still within earshot of mom and dad! Large, 3-car garage and welcoming foyer are on the main level of the home. The living, kitchen, dining, and powder room are located up the stairs at mid-level, along with the master suite with a king size bed, attached bathroom with ambient heated floor, and walk-in closet. The third-floor upper level has a large private guest room with a king size bed and walk-in closet, and a bunk room with a full over full bunk set and pull out twin trundle for that unexpected, extra guest. There is a hall access, full-size bathroom with tub on this floor, in addition to the entertainment lounge.  Conveniently located off McCall's Alpine Village, guests are in short walking distance to downtown McCall's dining, shopping, and endless recreation opportunities at Legacy Park and beach, the Marina, and Manchester Ice and Event Center. Stroll out your door and enjoy a walk or bike ride on the rail trail or watch the skateboarder in your group shred the concrete waves at Harshman Skateboard Park. Ponderosa State Park is less than 2 miles away, and Brundage Mountain is about a 20-minute drive from the townhome. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.  Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.  Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.  DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals: Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.   Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.  Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello!
