CONDO FEATURES South Seas Beach Villa 2428 features an open floor plan in the main living area, that allows you to enjoy views of The Gulf without having to leave your private lanai. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom has two twins, smart TV, and a bathroom in the main living area. If you’re not enjoying a day out on the famous white beaches of Captiva, go enjoy a dip in the community pool, picnic with the family at the community BBQ grills, or bike around the beautiful island! 3-night minimum stay. South Seas Island Resort is a prestigious gated community located on the northern tip of Captiva Island. The Beach Villas offer access to 3 swimming pools and gas BBQ grills. This is a privately-owned property located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort and is not subject to Resort Amenities but offers many shops and restaurants within walking distance that are open to the public. However, full South Seas Amenities are not available we do provide access to our sister resort, Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa. **THIS IS A PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO, AND GUESTS WILL NOT HAVE FULL RESORT AMENITIES.
